Rating: *** FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE FOR THE IHLW HARDCORE TITLE: 911 vs ALBERT Crowd Interest: 100% Big brawl in the ring and the crowd eats it up. To the floor and 911 beats him with a broomstick. They brawl up the aisle and into the back. It turns into a weapons-laden hardcore fest from there: brass knuckles, a lamp, a brick, a plunger, barbed wire, a table, and a pen. Albert goes headfirst through a glass door, but manages to kick out at the last moment. Chokeslam through a table finishes Albert off though and 911 has the Hardcore Title back around his waist. No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match for the vacant IHLW Hardcore Title: 911 pinned Albert with the Choke Slam in 0:14:07. Rating: 1/4* (911 won the IHLW Hardcore Title.) FOUR CORNERS MATCH FOR THE IHLW LUCHA TITLE: HAYABUSA vs MIKE MODEST vs PSICOSIS (c) vs "THE RICK" RICKY MARVIN Crowd Interest: 80% Nutso match, mostly featuring Marvin taking a wicked beating that included a spinebuster on a chair, compliments of Modest. La Parka kept interfering, culminating in a final run-in with his trusty chair...wrapped in barbedwire! Parka clocks Marvin and Hayabusa, but Modest ducks a shot and delievers Natural Drivers to Parka, Psicosis, and finally Marvin. Four Corners Match: Michael Modest defeated Psicosis, Ricky Marvin and Hayabusa when Modest pinned R. Marvin with the Natural Driver in 0:15:20. NO-DQ, NO-COUNTOUT FOUR CORNERS ELIMINATION MATCH FOR THE VACANT IHLW TAG TITLES: PG-13 vs PUBLIC ENEMY (w/ table) vs TEAM EXTREME (w/ JAY SIN) vs THE DUDLEYZ Crowd Interest: 75% One big brawl. PG-13 starts in control, but gets gang-banged as the match degenerates into chaos. Wolfie D hits the Cross Powerslam on Carson, but Jay Sin gets his foot on the rope. TPE hang out in their corner for the first five minutes until Ahmed slaps Grunge in something vaguely resembling a tag and its a total Pier Eight brawl. Grunge Spinebusters Germany, but again Jay Sin gets his foot on the ropes. Team Extreme and Public Enemy go to the floor. Grunge juices. Germany juices. A table gets involved, but its not the TPE table so it wont break. Jay Sin attacks Rocco with a megaphone and gets a beatdown for it. Germany puts Grunge on a double stack of tables and legdrops him through both of them then Stunners and pins Grunge to eliminate the fan favorites. Back to the ring to interrupt the Dudleyz-rappers brawl. Big Dick dumps both guys, but then gets tossed too and goes through the TPE table, leaving him out on the floor for awhile. Ahmed takes a double team until Big Dick revives and saves the day. PG-13 takes the worst of the comeback until Team Extreme returns to the ring and its all Pier Six again. Pinfall attempts galore insues, but everybody keeps saving everybody else. J.C. finally blasts Big Dick with the Hubcap and pins him to leave nothing but heels. Team Extreme proceed to beat the snot out of PG-13, who are even more exausted at this point. Everybody's had enough, including the crowd, and TE mercifly end the nutso match and take the Tag Titles. No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Four Corners Match for the vacant IHLW Tag Titles: Team Extreme defeated PG-13, Public Enemy and The Dudleyz: x Germany beat Grunge via the Extreme Stunner in 0:13:28 x J.C. FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE FOR THE IHLW CHAMPIONSHIP: ROB VAN DAM (c) vs JERRY LYNN Crowd Interest: 85% Crowd promptly starts chanting sellout at both guys (Lynn had signed with PWE, RVD with WWF). They brawl and RVD legdrops Lynn facefirst on a chair. Out to the floor for a brief brawl. Back to the ring and Lynn hits a SuperFrankensteiner for two and then some. Regular Frankensteiner is counted with a powerbomb. RVD dumps Lynn then follows with a somersault plancha. Van Dam gets a baseball bat and beats Lynn bloody. Then he KEEPS BEATING HIM. And occasionally yells something at Lynn. RVD gets a table but rather than trying to put Lynn through it instead picks it up and hits Lynn over the head with it. Lynn mananages to kick out at the last moment and the crowd totally goes BATSHIT. Lynn gets hold of the same bat that he beat him with and nails Van Dam in the nads. He the proceeds to LIGHT IT ON FIRE AND START BEATING VAN DAM WITH IT. Lynn drags Van Dam to the announce table and Piledrives him through it then kinda slumps over onto RVD and takes the title.
