"Cry"

Time goes by
and good people die
But everyone needs to emote
If only in poetry they wrote

I see you every day
and you need someone with whom you can confide
Come to me and cry
I know there's pain on the inside

Let it go, it not a sign you're weak
there's no need to speak
just just the emotions roll
because if you don't they'll take their toll

I wont pretend to know the way you feel
but holding back wont help you heal
sooner or later you've got to say goodbye
and face the pain and take the time to cry

Life has valleys and life has peaks
and there's a time for closing up and a time to speak
So we all deal with things the best we can
When you need that shoulder to cry on, I'm your man.
